It is important that patrons purchasing tickets for general admission events understand that lost, stolen or destroyed tickets for these events will NOT be replaced under any circumstances. Please ensure that upon receipt of your tickets that they are kept in a safe place, along with all booking codes and PIN numbers. Once tickets are collected, from any source, they are considered sold, and no refunds will be available under any circumstances.
