If the event is cancelled, please contact the venue location for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.

It is important that patrons purchasing tickets for general admission events understand that lost, stolen or destroyed tickets for these events will NOT be replaced under any circumstances. Please ensure that upon receipt of your tickets that they are kept in a safe place, along with all booking codes and PIN numbers. Once tickets are collected, from any source, they are considered sold, and no refunds will be available under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to safeguard ticket booking numbers and PIN's at all times, and tickets redeemed by others due to loss of these numbers will not be refunded.
