Movie Tkts sells tickets on behalf of various clients, who in turn set the ticket prices and determine seating locations. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact the venue location for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.

You understand and agree that in Movie Tkts sole discretion, and without prior notice, Movie Tkts may terminate your access to the Site, cancel your ticket order or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized User Content, if Movie Tkts believes that the User Content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use violated the rights of Movie Tkts, another User or the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Movie Tkts for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. It is important that patrons purchasing tickets for general admission events understand that lost, stolen or destroyed tickets for these events will NOT be replaced under any circumstances. Please ensure that upon receipt of your tickets that they are kept in a safe place, along with all booking codes and PIN numbers. Once tickets are collected, from any source, they are considered sold, and no refunds will be available under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to safeguard ticket booking numbers and PIN's at all times, and tickets redeemed by others due to loss of these numbers will not be refunded.
