Movie Tkts sells tickets on behalf of various clients, who in turn set the ticket prices and determine seating locations. Policies set forth by our clients, such as venues and theatres; prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact the venue location for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.

You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Movie Tkts for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. It is important that patrons purchasing tickets for general admission events understand that lost, stolen or destroyed tickets for these events will NOT be replaced under any circumstances. Please ensure that upon receipt of your tickets that they are kept in a safe place, along with all booking codes and PIN numbers. Once tickets are collected, from any source, they are considered sold, and no refunds will be available under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to safeguard ticket booking numbers and PIN's at all times, and tickets redeemed by others due to loss of these numbers will not be refunded.
